About Liz
I am an international student who completed four years of high school in the United States while maintaining excellent academic performance in an English-speaking environment. I understand both the academic and practical side of language learning. Through my studies in America I have experience communicating, writing essays, giving presentations, and collaborating in English every day. My firsthand experience allows me to relate to students' challenges while providing effective guidance, encouragement, and professional support throughout their learning journey.

My approach to tutoring is highly conversational because I believe that language is best learned through active communication, not just memorizing grammar rules. I focus on helping students build confidence in speaking, expressing their ideas clearly, and improving their pronunciation naturally through regular practice.
A typical lesson includes conversation exercises, vocabulary building, pronunciation work, and personalized feedback based on the student's goals. I adapt each lesson to the student's level and interests to keep learning engaging and practical to achieve our set goal.
What sets me apart is my personal experience learning English as a second language. I started learning English at the age of 13 in an American high school and had a heavy accent, and through years of immersion and practice, I became fully fluent. Today, many people are surprised to learn that I am not from an English-speaking country. Because of this journey, I understand the challenges language learners face and can provide practical strategies that helped me succeed.
My lessons are suitable for beginners, intermediate learners, advanced students, and anyone looking to improve their speaking confidence, pronunciation, conversational skills, or overall fluency in English.
