About Victoria
I am from the north of Mexico. I love to be in touch with nature, so I like to go to the beach, play volleyball or frescobol, go to parks and take a good walk and see the sunset. I like all kinds of music, dance, and sing alone and with friends. I practice yoga almost every day and Vedic chanting every time that the occasion appears. I try to have fun and enjoy every practice and make everyone feel the same. I'll always make sure that at the end of the class you feel recharged and relaxed.

I really enjoy sharing this practice with everyone. I have more than 4 years of experience and I've learned and developed different ways to teach and transmit better the practices. I am passionate about meditation and Vedic chanting, so I try to have some of this in all the practices. I like to be synchronized with the energy of the sun and moon to take advantage and increase the benefits in the practice. We try to be present with deep breaths during the practice of asanas to focus the mind on the movement, helping you feel more relaxed at the end. All the classes include grounding, pranayama (breathing), warming, asana practice, and savasana. All levels are welcome in the classes.
