About Ridhaa
I'm a self employed father of 3 whose been through it all, I've also been into fitness even though after a motorcycle accident I've not been able to do heavy weight like before. The main goal was being mentally healthy and in today crazy world can sometimes be hard. Sharing my experiences to help others now fulfills me more than before.
