About Tamas
The first time I helped somebody as a tutor, I was only a high school student. My chemistry teacher - who was actually one of my favourites - advised a younger student to me. I helped her to prepare for her tests, and the fact that my favourite teacher trusted me, motivated me to continue tutoring at the University. I completed both of my Bachelor and Master degrees in Biology with excellent results, and I was always eager to share my knowledge with students who needed help. I feel myself confident in questions related to Biology and Chemistry, because these often go hand in hand. At the University, I also gained experience in mathematics and statistics - both theoretically and practically, with the computer programme R. If you are thinking about pursuing a career in Biology, I can share my experiences with you about scientific research processes. I speak German at an advanced level, so I would also be available to teach it to beginners. And last but not least, Hungarian is my mother tongue, so if you are planning to learn one of the world's most difficult languages, I would also be there to help you! Tamás helped me a lot when I was preparing for my maths exams. I was always interested in this subject but was not so good in it. His practical examples filled these gaps.
I prepared to apply for an Undergraduate Programme in Biology, therefore I had to take exams in biology and chemistry at a higher level. Tamás helped me a lot with his knowledge, and as he studied it at the University as well, he also told me a lot about what is waiting for me in the future in this field.
When I was struggling with preparing for my exams, Tamás helped me a lot by giving an insight into the relationships of organic chemistry in a creative way.
