About Isabella
I got an A in biology (as well as physics and chemistry) GCSE, studied biology for A levels and am in my 2nd year of studying biomedical science at university. I’ve had experience mentoring and tutoring children from ages 5-15. I have a lot of experience of the curriculum and will do my best to help and find ways to make learning easier and more fun

Through the experience of already going through GCSEs and A levels, I learnt that visual representations and talking through the curriculum is super helpful. For example playing games of kahoot, this helps decision making under pressure; mind mapping, which allows one to visually see all the information without feeling overwhelmed and YouTube videos helped a lot with bringing together all the learnt knowledge. However, the most important aspect of achieving the best grade throughout my studies I realise is doing as many past papers as possible, which I will make sure my students to do achieve the grades they want.
