About Isabel
My name is Izzy! I am 20 and I am currently studying osteopathy at university. I have always loved to teach and help others. When I was chosen for the study buddy scheme within my school, it made me so proud to see that the students I had helped were succeeding. I also set up a study account on Instagram and TikTok to teach others about different study methods and create a motivating environment.

My teaching techniques include using flashcards and blurting to increase long-term memory. I like to use BBC Bitesize and CGP books, as well as making my own resources. A typical lesson length would range between 1-3 hours depending on how much content we needed to cover. I have had experience tutoring in sixth form, when I was chosen as a study buddy to tutor GCSE students in the years below me. My lessons would be targeted at GCSE students and any years below, ages ranging from 11-17 years.

Super friendly and able to explain things in a very clear and simple way, whenever we study together I walk away calm and with clarity! She also makes the most beautiful and comprehensible notes that are extremely helpful when needing to study and revise!
