Level 3 British Gymnastics Qualification Safeguarding DBS I have been working with kids and adults helping them to improve flexibility, coordination, reaction, and mood! An uplifting warm up is followed by core flexibility and stretching exercises and finished with fun gymnastics handling (ball, clubs, rope). Sessions can be joined by anyone with the desire to improve general well-being, mental and physical health, and flexibility!
