About Kimberley
My name is Kimberley and I work as a fitness instructor. My success lies in the effective and person-oriented coaching of athletes. Customers describe me as a sporty, enthusiastic, sociable, cheerful, open personality with a lot of interest for others, where they quickly feel at ease. I am also known as a real go-getter who works very hard. After a workout you feel satisfied and satisfied. People also indicate that they quickly feel tighter and the results are measurable for a longer period of time. I also give group lessons such as BBB, circuit training, abdominal muscle quarter and HIIT.

Sport is my passion and I do everything I can to convey this to others. My classes depend on the athlete's goal. Based on this, I set up a training schedule and get the most out of one person in my lessons. Dan beveel ik zeker Kimberly aan als jouw personal coach!Kimberley is een hele spontane lerares, altijd enthousiast, heeft geduld met de leerlingen en inzicht in het les geven. Ze weet de aandacht erbij te houden op een verfrissende manier. Als je speciale wensen hebt wat betreft bepaalde spierzones die je wilt trainen dan heeft ze daar hele goede oefeningen voor die ook daadwerkelijk resultaat geven.
