With more than 6 years of experience as a piano tutor, I specialize in teaching college students who want to improve both skill and musical understanding.

My piano teaching approach combines creativity, mentorship, and accountability. I focus on helping students develop technical skills, musical understanding, and self-confidence.
Creativity is encouraged through improvisation, exploring different music genres, and playing songs students enjoy. Lessons are engaging and allow students to express themselves naturally.
As a mentor and critical thinker, I explain rhythm, finger technique, scales, chords, and musical expression in simple, clear steps. Students learn to reflect on their playing and improve independently.
Accountability is built through goal setting, consistent practice routines, and regular feedback. This helps students stay disciplined, motivated, and consistent in their learning journey.
Along with piano, I also teach music theory, sight reading, ear training, rhythm practice, keyboard skills, and basic composition to support complete musical development.
