Working with ESL learners has shown me that confidence grows through encouragement and consistent practice. I enjoy creating welcoming classrooms where every student feels comfortable contributing. Every learner receives patient guidance from the beginning. Their progress motivates me to become a better educator.

Positive relationships encourage active participation during every class. Every improvement is celebrated with genuine enthusiasm.
