"Calculating lines on the board is often where I find my own mental clarity during a busy day. I have coached 272 students over 5 years, focusing on defensive technique and board vision.

"Working through a game analysis feels like solving a puzzle that changes every time we play. I admit that I expect my students to maintain high concentration throughout the entire hour.
