About Danielle
I am a professionally trained dancer specialising in ballet gaining a scholarship and 3-year diploma certification at the highly regarded Hammond school in Chester.
I have been a dancer for many years performing in various locations over time and then naturally progressed into teaching working freelance at ballet schools across London.
The fitness plan incorporates ballet basics alongside varied exercises working on targeted areas. My aim is for you to feel more confident in all areas to include improved posture, strength, tone, weight loss, injury prevention and helping the mind and body feel more energised overall.

We will have a brief discussion before the lesson so I can understand what you would like to achieve from the session and I will then organise a tailor-made lesson plan keeping these goals in mind.
The lesson will be a mixture of repetition exercises as well as classical ballet movements.
