About Sara
I have worked in Mental Health for many years, I have been a passionate advocate for mental health and wellbeing for the majority of my adult life. Following a recent physical health issue, I have decided to pursue a dream of mine, helping to coach/teach people about the importance of wellbeing and mental health awareness. To introduce students to the many different elements of wellbeing, and to provide a toolkit of techniques to allow my students to better protect their mental wellbeing going forward.

All material and activities are then tailored to each student, and in whatever format you find most beneficial, so that you get a personalised service, and I am able to provide the best tutoring for you, as an individual.
