About Rhian
My name is Rhian Taylor, I am a part-time lecturer at the University of Chester and a PhD student. Tailored Tuition was established in 2019 as a tuition hub, to create a link between students and reputable tutors. We are a small but mighty group of dedicated tutors specialising in Primary and Secondary tuition, including exam preparation for 11 Plus, GCSE and A Level.
We have a flawless record of students achieving their target grade or higher! Our tuition is personalised to you. We will sit down with you, talk to you, discuss your strengths and weaknesses, work through examples together, and show you how to improve. And when you go home feeling more confident, you can relax whilst we plan your short term and long term goals.
Every session is planned to perfection.

Rhian Taylor - I am a PhD student with eleven years of experience in private tuition, teaching mathematics and music. I started University in 2011, achieving a first class honours degree and Masters distinction. Since 2015, I have been lecturing mathematics at the University of Chester.
Reace Edwards - Reace graduated from the University of Chester in 2018 with a first class honours degree in Chemical Engineering. Since graduating, she has gone from strength to strength; her current PhD research entails exploring the new ways in which a hydrogen economy can be established in the North West region.
Ffion Williams - Ffion graduated from Aberystwyth University in 2019 with a BSc degree in Zoology before moving on to the University of Chester where she has completed her PGCE and qualified as a Secondary School Science Teacher with a specialism in Biology.
Dana Whitby - Dana achieved a well-deserved first class degree with honours from the University of Chester this year, along with a scholarship for a PGCE. Her passion and determination is an inspiration to students and peers.

Details
Primary and secondary tuition is £25 per hour for a one to one session. A Level tuition is £30 per hour.
We also offer small group sessions of two or three students together, these sessions are £15 per hour for each student.
