About Ken
Previously, I personally taught Japanese in Japan, and recently taught Japanese for a year in Madrid, Spain. In Japan, I taught people at the N5 to N1 level of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test. In Spain, I taught people at N5 to N3 levels of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test. In the United States, people from N5 to N3 are taught.

I teach Japanese in English. The teaching place is a cafe, my house or a student's house. I taught using teaching materials, taught with conversation practice and taught using Japanese comics (manga) and anime. Basically, it is a 60-minute lesson 4 times a month. I was happy to see that all students improved their Japanese level every day. Because they always learned from me positively. Even on days other than lessons, they asked me what they didn't understand via message or phone and I would help them. I was very happy. Top students in Spain have raised their Japanese level from N5 to N3! That's their true success!
