About Holly
I've built my 12 year career on a strong personal belief in sharing knowledge. Research and the design it informs is a powerful force for good in the world.
My career as a transdisciplinary researcher, behavioural scientist and designer is based on sharing a deeper understanding of humanity as a foundation for the ethical creation of ventures, products, policies, interventions, and services.
I've informed and designed things that generated measurable positive human and environmental impact with NGO, non-profit, think tank, startup, growth, government and enterprise clients all over the world.
I find teaching and mentoring an inspiring and rewarding way to share my knowledge and experience, and give back to a community of bright minds doing good in and for the world.

I can tailor lessons to suit the needs of learners, and my approach to teaching and mentoring is 30% theory and 70% practical. Applied science is the best science. I'm inclusive, an active listener and have many years experience mentoring students and professionals moving through career changes or expanding their skillsets. All learning is self paced, I work in with students to formulate their goals and a plan for a achieving them.
