About Soph
Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Science at the university of St Andrews being at the top 5% of my cohort. Achieved A* in Maths and Firther Maths at A-level.
I really enjoy Mathematics and I especially love to explain this science in an interesting and understandable way, hence inspiring other students as well as helping them achieve top grades in their exams.

In my lessons I try to focus on topics my students find particularly challenging and put a lot of emphasis of thorough explanation of a concept before practising questions. I try to tailor lessons to each student to achieve the best results. Materials include a combination of textbooks, online resources and my personal notes.
I offer 60 and 90 min lessons.
My experience consists of being a volunteer Maths teacher for Year 6 in Brighton state school for 6 months and a private Math tutor for 2 students.
