About Sherice
I am a chemical engineering student currently on a study break. I have a strong passion for Mathematics, Chemistry and helping others succeed academically. I believe every student has the potential to excel with the right guidance, patience and support. I received the DUX and multiple subject awards in high school. I was the head girl of academics and received distinctions in my first and second year of university. I admit that I have not always produced satisfactory results, in fact most of my academic success was towards the end of my high school career, hence I can assure you that it is never too late to succeed academically. I am an intellectual hence the interest in math and science. I believe that regardless of how your performance is academically, it can always change for the better and I am here to help with that. My goal is not only to help you succeed in your current studies but also to develop the confidence and independent learning skills that will benefit you long after our lessons.

I begin by assessing their current understanding. Elaborative lessons going at the pace that each student prefers. Thorough coverage of content to enable understanding as well as exercises after each topic for practice followed by practice questions and past year papers to master application. Each lesson will start with recap of the previous lesson and will end with active recall of key points learnt during the session. I teach in English. My lessons are friendly, interactive. I create a comfortable environment where students feel confident asking questions and participating actively. After each lesson, students can expect to feel more confident in the subject and themselves, leave with a better understanding and feel motivated to keep learning. I am flexible to all students. I welcome students of different skill levels, whether they need help with the basics, support with homework and exam preparation, or guidance in mastering more challenging concepts.
