About Rey
I love the interaction with students and I believe in a healthy mixture of humour and dedication. I work hard behind the scenes to make sure the lessons are prepared well and that the pupils' needs are met.
I have a small recording studio and, when a piece is ready, we can record it. The student then receives an mp3 of their performance. From there we can add bass, strings and percussion if we feel that it's appropriate.
With some students I encourage improvisation through the use of computer synthesisers. This can be stimulating and very enjoyable, inspiring the students into composing little pieces of their own.

I worked for many years as a class music specialist in primary schools. My piano lessons are normally 30 minutes long. With young children I often incorporate games and fun activities. My lessons are for all ages and all abilities, though my experience has been with young children predominantly.
