About Suprodeep
When I started learning software development, I was lucky. My early mentors were people who had spent decades shaping how modern product and engineering teams actually work. That exposure taught me something textbooks never mention: most of what is taught in agile and product courses is either outdated or divorced from reality. My approach is different. I don’t teach frameworks as if they are recipes. I teach you the underlying principles that drive good decisions in the real world: lean thinking/TPS, systems thinking and simple scientific reasoning. Once you understand those, you can handle any agile method, any product challenge and any messy team environment, because you finally know why things work, not just what the book or the guide says.

Have a total working experience of over 2 decades in Australia. My deep proficiency in Lean-Agile approach enables me to navigate the intricacies of product development with agility and innovation. I use practical methods which are easy to learn incrementally. If you are a university student keen to finish your project and learn at the same time or a newbie joining the workforce or upskilling, I would give you many readings to use materials for reference during your day-to-day challenges.
