About Maya
My name is Maya, and Speech and Drama are indeed a passion of mine. I began learning through Trinity College of London at eight and have never stopped!
I have seen myself grow in confidence and self-discipline and how much Speech and Drama have helped me academically in other school areas.
As a student myself, I am open to being very adaptable to whatever the student needs to make their experience with Speech and Drama a great one.

As a Speech and Drama student myself since age 8, I have seen firsthand the confidence and self-discipline this education has taught me. Students will learn skills such as vocal theory, poetry, character performance, improv, mime, sight reading, storytelling, and more! Drama is learning in disguise as students develop skills that will help them in all aspects of their school lives. Lessons range from 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the age and interests of the child. Group and individual lessons are available. I have one year of teaching experience with ages 7-17, but I am open to teaching from ages 5-18. I have an ATCL with Trinity College London for Speech and Drama with Distinction and am currently studying for my ATCL in Public speaking and my Teachers Diploma. I develop my lesson based on each student's interests and needs which ensures a personalized and great experience for any student. I am also happy to transport myself to the student for convenience.
