About Suleiman
With over 25 years of professional experience in banking and financial consultancy, I bring extensive real-world knowledge to teaching the Fundamentals of Corporate Finance. I hold a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting, along with the most prestigious global certifications in finance — Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Certified Financial Manager (CFM) — both from the world-renowned Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) in the United States of America. My teaching approach focuses on simplifying complex financial concepts and making them easy to master. Many of my students who had previously failed this challenging course went on to achieve impressive scores above 88–90% after my tutoring sessions. My goal is to help every student build strong analytical skills, confidence, and academic success in finance.
