About Nirmal
I am an engineering pass out students with 8+ grades from Rajasthan's renowned college. I do have a great interest in sharing knowledge since my school life and that's what ignites my heart to teach others. So I opt to teach as a profession since my college life by rejecting various company's offers. I teach all the subjects up to 10th standard but we can say super expert on Science and Maths. I taught Physics and Maths to class 11 and 12 standards.

For every successful outcome, We must have a strategy and methodology to follow. That's why I do have my own methodology and strategy to follow as below:
Difficulties- Identify the student's typical difficulties.
Lesson Planning Approach- Divide lesson into subparts and proceed accordingly.
Dual conversation- Not only a teacher should speak it should be very much interactive from both the end.
Teacher as Counselor- Professionally teacher but needs to understand student's emotions, moods, interest and tackle him/her in that way.
Regular report with the test- On weekly basis need to test students understanding of the subject and deal accordingly.
Parents aware- For every teacher it must be necessary to inform how their child is in the study. So that even they counsel him/her in the better way as they know them best by birth.
These are some strategy that I do follow for each and every one of my students. "Dream big, follow bigger, achieve biggest"
