I’m a Yin Yoga instructor dedicated to helping people reconnect with their bodies and find a sense of calm in a fast-paced world. My approach is intuitive, gentle, and deeply restorative, with a focus on listening to the body rather than forcing it. I create a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, release tension, and truly reset—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, I tailor each session to meet you exactly where you are.
