About Taylor
Hello
Here’s a little bit about me:
When I was in high school, I was dual enrolled in the local community college. After graduating with honors, I obtained associate’s degrees in Social Sciences and General Studies.
I began my career teaching Social skills and emotional management to disconnected youth in my hometown.
I then moved to Towson to obtain a bachelor’s degree, where I was able to study abroad in Guatemala. It was there that I decided to shift my focus from counseling to teaching.
I have been teaching in Baltimore City Public Schools for about 7 years now.

I believe in differentiated instruction so I will tailor lessons based on student need/interest. We would start with a consultation to establish learning goals and I will build a curriculum based on our findings.
I can help with phonemic awareness for students with a Spanish speaking background.
All ages are welcome, however I will be honest if student need exceeds my realm of expertise.
