About Zeeshan
Hello everyone. Thank you for visiting my page.
My name is Zee, and I am interested in making a learning journey interesting to you. Interest is at the heart of anyone's learning. Once this has occured, my goal is to develop your independence to tackle on the area you find difficult or one you perceive not to be possible.
If you have recently graded in maths and/or English below a 4, this is not the end of the world. One of my students told me that FAIL is accronym for First Attempt In Learning, which I wholeheartedly agree with. I have never been interested in Shakespear when I took my GCSEs, however, the film adaptation helped me gain perspective on the story, rather than solely the written text.
Like this, If we work together, we build a curriculum and schedule which fits around your interests. This not only makes learning enjoyable, but supports how you can answer questions, debate thoughts, and construct ideas from what you already know and like.

The teaching method depends on the type of skills you want to develop. The curriculum is what we will follow, so if the area you need to work on is fractions, decimals and percentages, or trigonometry, we will focus on these areas using the syllabus to tailor the questions.
Equally, if sentence structure and paragraphs are tricky subjects, and/or creative writing is a falling point, then we look at the basics, example in creative writing we may start with pictures, building sentences, and developing into paragraphs and so on. I intend to use Blooms taxonomy which explains the processes to use when developing the learning process.
My intention will be to teach you how to learn yourself.
First session we will establish at what level you are studying, and in what ways you want to develop and improve.
Each subsequent lesson will have:
10 minute recap of the last session,
40 minutes of studying and developing strategies for particular topics, and then
10 minutes question and answers.
Currently I support students in AQA, Edexcel, OCR and WJEC. I will only give lessons via Webcam
