As a teacher, my approach is centered around creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment where students can thrive and reach their full potential. I begin by assessing the students' prior knowledge on the subject to understand their existing understanding and identify any knowledge gaps. This helps me tailor my teaching approach and determine appropriate starting points for the lessons. I prioritize establishing positive relationships with my students. I set clear learning objectives for each lesson or topic. By clearly communicating what students should be able to know or do by the end of the lesson, it provides a sense of direction and purpose for their learning.I encourage active learning by promoting student engagement through discussions, debates, case studies, problem-solving activities, and interactive exercises. This helps students apply their knowledge, think critically, and develop a deeper understanding of the subject matter.
