About Mathew
I am the Head of Academics of a reputable High School. Teaching is my passion. My teaching philosophy is that, "Students can be moulded in the right direction through both curriculum and incidental learning" My first and just concluded second degree in Cell Biology has awakened me to different learning skill set. I use a lot of visual aids in my teaching methodology with activities that can help students to hone more learning skills. My theory of learning is constructivism. I believe students can construct meaning to concepts if they are given the proper materials and instructions as scaffoldings. For example, "Extracting information" is a learning skill students need to develop.
