I am an Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering graduate from Jadavpur University (NIRF ranking 4). But I never joined a core company because my passion lies in teaching. My teaching method for every student is different. I first analyze the student experimentally - what are the weak points and which method would work best for teaching the student. I had one student of grade 9th, who was so afraid of Math that she used to cry before every math exam. Over time I found the perfect teaching technique for her. She scored 93 in her ICSE boards exam. I believe no student is weak, they just need proper nourishment and care.
