About Eric
I value every student that I teach whether directly or indirectly. My promise to you is that I want you to feel comfortable coming to me if you are having any kind of issue with something that’s happening during our lessons.
I can’t fix what I don’t know is broken or needs to be adjusted so feel free to reach out however, you feel comfortable, but do it as quickly as possible so that way the problem can be addressed immediately for the students who are older, I like to treat them like they are young adults, and getting ready to go into the real. However, real world actions have real world consequences, so just because you being treated like an adult that extends to any kind of policy violation or issue of behavior that happens during any of the sessions.

I have been educating students in Math (grades 6-8, Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, and finally data and statistics). So no matter the topic involved I’ve got you covered!
- Not every student learns the same way, speed and so they may need their lesson to be visual, auditory, or even as hands-on as possible. I guarantee any and all adjustments can and will be done for every student.
- I’m a human too and mistakes are going to occur (just because I’m the one leading your group doesn’t mean I don’t need to be made aware or rude to correct when you notice it)…I tell the students that if you discover something incorrect, I will never make you feel it’s a bad thing, I will immediately ask you as politely and respectfully to identify the mistake and how we can fix it (the student with the most mistakes found after a certain time will earn some sort of prize or small gift for paying so much attention during tutoring sessions)
