About Lucy
I'm a sociology student at university hoping to be a social researcher. I was.originalky studying sociology with Spanish at uni before getting unwell. I studied Spanish, English literature and sociology at a level and became really passionate about those subjects. I also did an EPQ in a sociology related topic.
I'm wanting to teach because I know how important our grades feel when we're in school. Recently finishing my a levels, I also understand the pressure that students are under. I had a lot of help from a tutor at college and she helped me get where I am today. I want to be able to help others in the same way, especially for those who feel university or other next steps are inaccessible to them.

We will spend the first lesson getting to know one another and look at key areas to work on.
Every lesson we will do a warm up task, then move on to the main session. This will be a variety of quizzes, reading tasks, past exam questions (reviewing answers and planning your own) then we will spend the final 10 minutes reviewing the lesson. What went well, what you'd like to cover in our next session and if there is any work you would need to provide to me to mark or review.
Communication with me will be vital during the tutoring process as I will be aiding what you do in school.
