About Janya
I am currently studying my A levels after getting my GCSEs in which I got A*s/As. I’m studying physics, maths, tech and design and music and am hoping to go into architecture or engineering. Both careers are very maths focused and being able to tutor subjects like maths will really help me in the future with my own uni applications and I find teaching also helps me get a better understanding of the subject. I used many resources and created many revision materials and methods of revising that I would like to share and help other use to excel in their own GCSEs.

I have previous experience in tutoring mainly focused with kids doing the 11+ transfer tests. I spend time carefully planning and prepping the lessons beforehand by making and finding useful resources to specific topics you are struggling with and going through them one topic at a time. I’ve got a passionate interest in the subject and teaching it comes naturally and I will cater to your specific needs with what you are struggling with in this subject. Whilst studying for my own GCSEs I made my own revision materials and resources and used many different revision methods and can help find what revision method works best for you and share my resources. I understand GCSEs can feel overwhelming and stressful but I will try and help this process feel easier and bring up your confidence in the subject. I am very flexible and understand that you may be busy with other commitments outside of this and can work around your schedule as much as I possibly can.
