I am a mother of a huge family.
In my past, I have obtained my grade 5 ABRSM piano at 13 years of age. I have performed as a pianist for 1 of my classmates for our GSCE Music examination, and achieved an A grade. Played the piano for music festivals in primary and secondary schools, in competitions or just entertainment with different classes. Aiming to teach students whom are willing to learn and enjoy playing the piano, ranging from beginner to intermediate grade 4 private lessons.

New Piano Teacher from Beginner to Grade 5 (ABRSM Practical)

I am a very patient individual and I understand how complex it can be to learn an intricate instrument such as the piano. Therefore, you can be assured that I aim to customise lessons to accommodate to your learning pace to correlate with my teaching pace. Also having the right attitude, passion, desire and willingness to learn helps to achieve this goal. Then you'd soon be playing your favoured pieces!
To begin with, I spend the first lesson trying to understand if they've had experience in order to assess their capabilities so we can smoothly continue, or if they're completely new to it, I will introduce them to the piano and teach them at least one new piece by the end of the lesson, so they'll be encouraged to continue learning.
