My passion for food has stemmed from tutelage by family members and personal interest over the years. Most importantly, a lifetime of world travel has brought me into contact with a plenitude of strange and wonderful cuisines to explore. To craft food items by hand and in their raw state heightens the potential for greatness.

My cookery classes encompass plenty of discussion into the subject, ample time for cooking together and a brilliant sit down dinner to finish. We explore the history and the culture of the foods made, a variety of culinary skills and techniques and, lots of food to chow on and drink to wash it down.
