About Elliot
I enjoyed my time studying computer science at GCSE level. I received top grades throughout which lead to my grade 9. I am currently studying it at for A-Level and I am still thoroughly interested in computing.
I enjoy working with people and I would love to be able to share my enthusiasm in the subject.

I believe teaching should be fun and enjoyable. I try and spark interest in the subject as that is the only way it sticks!
I use a mixture of teaching methods as typical "lecture" style teaching is proven to not be as effective. I use videos, slide shows, podcasts as teaching methods. While using posters, flashcards, note taking, quizzes and other activities to consolidate this information. I will customise these methods to the student to try and match preferences and how they learn as not everyone is the same!
I teach students at GCSE level. I have had experience in tutoring and teaching through being hired by my previous secondary school for a recent summer school.
