About Mohammed
I'm Mohammed. I'm a first-year Advanced Science student at the University of Technology Sydney, studying on the pre-medicine pathway. I completed my HSC last year and achieved an ATAR of 92.15, with strong results in Biology and Chemistry.
I know what it actually feels like to sit the HSC recently, which means I understand the pressure students are under and exactly what examiners are looking for. That recent experience is something I bring into every lesson.
I'm patient, approachable and committed to helping students genuinely understand the content rather than just memorize it. Whether you're trying to catch up, keep up or get ahead, I'll work with you at your pace and make sure you leave each session feeling more confident than when you arrived

I tutor Biology and Chemistry for students in Years 7 to 11, and I genuinely enjoy breaking down concepts that feel overwhelming at first into something that actually makes sense.
I figure out where you're getting stuck before anything else, then we work through it together rather than me just lecturing at you. I use real exam questions, past papers and worked examples so lessons feel relevant to what you're actually being assessed on.
Lessons are typically 1 to 2 hours and I'm flexible with location. I can come to your home, meet at a local library or teach online depending on what suits you best.
I've worked with 2 students and seen their marks improve as a result. I'm patient, easy to talk to and I remember what it felt like to find these subjects hard not long ago.
