About Navinkumar
I am an Engineer and have learned this art from my guru khot Saheb. This art includes different styles of spinning a lathi, self-defense, performing a show with fire-caught Lathi and synchronization of movements of Lathi.

Firstly this training starts with a quick warmup and basics of lathi-kathi. Further the level increases with perfect movements of Lathi. The training ends with a warm down exercise.
