About Fatima
I have experience of teaching in primary and secondary schools. I have enjoyed teaching both adults and children privately at their homes in the past. The subjects I have taught include math, English, biology, human biology, general science and psychology. I am also a teacher of English as a foreign language One of the reasons that I enjoy personal tuition is that I believe in a student centered approach to teaching and learning where learners take an active part in target setting and progress tracking. I am able to observe a students preferred learning style and tailor tasks to suit this. I also believe that all learning, particularly that which is done in a students own time, should be delivered with patience and humor.

Health and Social Care Tutor - Very experienced & patient with resistant, nervous & SEN
Very patient and encouraging teacher. I focus on the needs of the learner which results in positive progress & improvement in confidence. I have a 'get the basics right first' approach. I can be flexible enough to take the time to help a student with completing a tricky piece of homework, before moving on to the intended lesson. Building a desire to learn and to do their best, I work very hard to build the learner's confidence.
