Suitable for those who need to deepen their practice, work with an injury or understand their mind. Sessions tailored to your needs and goals. My approach is not the performance, it's about getting maximum benefits of yogic methods.

Perfect! Gija has taught me a number of varying breathwork techniques to both stimulate and relax my nervous system. She is thorough in her preparation for the lessons and her style of teaching is very gentle and precise.
