Laila is extremely knowledgeable and caring. I met her in a professional capacity at an academic camp where she worked as a group leader. We kept in touch over the years and when I ran into some professional challenges, I noted her work in simulated experiences. After explaining some mommy professional challenges, she inspired me to explore technical areas where her published work helped highlight problem solving techniques that I had not considered. I wanted to understand how my decision making was being negatively impacted when I was presented with challenges at work.
