About Romila
I am 56 years old lady of Asian origin and was born in India. I was educated in England and India as a child. Then I flew to the USA for my college degrees. I first came to the UK aged 8 with my parents and still have immediate family and friends here. My first language is English and I consider myself to be a native speaker, even though my mother tongue is Bengali, an Indian language.

Methodology: Teaching with a focus on Grammar, Sentence, Accent, Conversation and Fluency. Flexible teaching styled to the needs of the individual student. Practice conversations in daily practical situations.
Learning how to speak English will be fun with me.
Typical length of a lesson: 1 to 2 hours, taken thrice weekly.
Classes are usually on M/W/F mornings but I can also do weekends.
Qualifications: TEFL certification (Level 5 TQUK).
Experience: 2 years experience as an online spoken English tutor and 6 years teaching college students early in my career.
Levels of study and teaching material: Basic, Intermediate, Advance levels.
There is no age limit. I have taught kids and adults, mostly between 10 and 30 years old.
