About Stephen
As a TEFL qualified teacher, I have been teaching English as a foreign language for more than 30 years. I have taught in many countries around the world, but mostly in Italy where I lived for many years. I enjoy teaching English as much as I ever did, and I also write and podcast.

I teach English through life stories and conversation. In this way, you are not only learning the things you want to learn, but you are enjoying it much more. We always learn better when we are enjoying what we are learning. My approach has always been to help people to learn English, in the same way that they learnt their first language.
