About Pigileti
Namaste! I am a dedicated Telugu educator with over 20 years of teaching experience, including extensive experience working with NRI children from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds. Over the years, I have had the privilege of helping young learners develop confidence in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding Telugu while maintaining a meaningful connection to their language, culture, and family heritage.
As a teacher, I believe that learning should be an enjoyable and enriching experience rather than another routine academic task. My goal is not simply to teach Telugu as a subject, but to create a positive and engaging learning environment where children feel excited to participate, explore, and express themselves confidently. Through interactive lessons, storytelling, conversations, activities, and personalized guidance, I make learning both effective and enjoyable.
I understand the unique challenges faced by NRI families, where children may have limited opportunities to use Telugu in their daily lives. My teaching approach is designed to help students develop practical language skills while building a genuine appreciation for the language and its cultural significance. Whether a child is a complete beginner or already has some exposure to Telugu, I adapt my lessons to suit their individual learning style and pace.
With patience, encouragement, and a strong focus on understanding rather than memorization, I help students build confidence and achieve steady progress. Beyond language development, I take pride in helping children communicate more comfortably with parents, grandparents, and relatives, strengthening family connections across generations.
My greatest satisfaction comes from seeing children enjoy the learning process, develop a lifelong love for Telugu, and remain proudly connected to their linguistic and cultural roots wherever they are in the world.

With over 20 years of teaching experience, I am passionate about helping children build a strong foundation in the Telugu language while fostering a lifelong connection to their culture, heritage, and family roots. My classes are designed for both NRI and Indian students, with a focus on developing reading, writing, grammar, comprehension, and confident communication skills.
Through interactive, patient, and personalized teaching methods, I encourage children to learn with understanding and curiosity rather than memorization. My lessons are engaging, age-appropriate, and tailored to each child's individual learning needs, helping them gain confidence in using Telugu naturally and effectively.
Beyond language learning, I strive to help children communicate meaningfully with parents, grandparents, and relatives, strengthening their connection to family and cultural traditions. My goal is to create a supportive and enjoyable learning environment where every child develops a genuine love for Telugu, grows in confidence, and remains proudly connected to their linguistic and cultural roots for years to come.
