About Albina
Hi! I’m Albina, a professional English teacher with 17 years of teaching experience.
I have a degree in Linguistics and Translation and I’m TESOL-certified. Over the years, I’ve worked with students of different ages, levels and backgrounds, both online and in the classroom. I also have international teaching experience, including working in schools in Turkey.
Languages have always been a big part of my life. I speak English at an advanced level, as well as Turkish, and I’m currently learning Spanish myself. Being a language learner helps me understand exactly what my students go through — the moment when you know the grammar and vocabulary but still hesitate to speak, the fear of making mistakes, and the frustration of not being able to express yourself as naturally as you would like.
As a teacher, I’m friendly, patient and supportive, but I also want my students to see real progress. I love creating lessons around topics that genuinely interest them rather than simply following a textbook from page to page.
For me, the best result is when a student suddenly realizes: “I’m not translating in my head anymore — I’m actually speaking English!”

My lessons are all about helping you use English confidently in real life — not just understand grammar rules or complete textbook exercises.
With 17 years of teaching experience and a TESOL qualification, I adapt every lesson to the student’s level, goals and interests. I believe that the best way to learn a language is to actively use it, so my lessons are highly interactive and communication-focused.
A typical lesson combines speaking practice, useful vocabulary, grammar in context, listening and pronunciation. We work with real-life situations, authentic materials, videos, articles and conversation topics, so you learn the English people actually use.
I create a relaxed and supportive atmosphere where you can speak without being afraid of making mistakes. My goal is to help you overcome the language barrier, expand your vocabulary and become more fluent, natural and confident when speaking English.
I work with teenagers and adults, from beginner to advanced levels. I also help students prepare for exams, job interviews, travel, relocation and communication in an international work environment.
What sets my lessons apart is that there is no one-size-fits-all programme. Every student is different, so I build our lessons around you — your goals, your interests and the English you actually need.
