My approach to teaching English focuses on speaking and listening because a native speaker can be hard to find. We would have insightful conversations and pinpoint global errors that need to be corrected. Of course, we would work on reading and writing, as all four parts are essential in a language study. We could read small passages and have them discussed in class occasionally. Furthermore, written responses can be given as well.
A typical lesson would be a brief review of the last class by going over key topics, such as saying 'he' to refer to something that is not a person. Then I would start connecting your knowledge of what you know to the new one. Afterward, we would discuss the new topic, usually including a video, to hear another accent.
I have more than a decade of experience teaching people all over the world - Mexico, Ecuador, Spain, Japan, and more. Also, tengo un nivel intermedio superior en español. Also, I have a master's degree in education. My classes are for adults at or around the intermediate level. I specialize in general conversation, but can help with the TOEFL and IELTS exams, as well as with job interviews and basic business English.
