About McKinley
My academic background focused on math and science skills through my Biomedical Science program. In addition, current professional experience as a non-profit business executive allows me to continue to refine my professional development skills. Graduate coursework in math and science continues to build my familiarity with the material, and my daily work with youth and young adults experiencing the foster care system supports my ability to creatively tailor tutoring strategies to the needs of each student.

My passion is teaching students in the way that best supports them. With over a decade of experience teaching and tutoring students of all ages and academic abilities, I love working directly with students to teach in the ways they learn best. Lessons are for all ages and abilities, with initial meetings focusing on creating a plan that will assist the student in meeting their specific goals. Everyone deserves to learn with maximum support, and that is what I aim for. Each student will have an initial consultation, goal plan, and objectives. All work is individually tailored and progress is reviewed regularly.
