About Seva Basant
Kundalini Yoga started on my road a few years ago, love at first sight did not take long, this je ne sais quoi that caught me, that made me vibrate and that always shines in me today. The deep desire to share this magnificent practice, to accompany on this path coupled with the joy of teaching, to meet other universes, to open the door to possibilities together. I feed on everything that inspires my daily life, my life, dancing, exploring the Self, self, movement, music, masters, meetings, books. I am passionate about the human being.

A Kundalini Yoga class varies with each meeting. We will explore our breath, sharpen our ability to be present, open up to physical and subtle sensations, develop a relationship with ourselves, strengthen the body and mind, navigate the spaces of our being. All this will be done through physical exercises called 'Kriya', moving the body, cleaning it from within, activating various areas, taking its place in the present. Then associate breaths, mantra chants, special attention. We will meditate, sometimes in silence, others by singing, with a posture or simply in static. There will of course be much appreciated final relaxation, with a musical tune sung by me. Let yourself be carried by the waves of relaxation, allow the body to let itself be infused in the movements accomplished, rest and appreciate the inner calm. We come out radiant, nourished, vibrant and ready to open up to the world, to our life!
