About Sophia
As the sole owner of Lunar Academy, I was educated in the SELP program and graduated at the top of my cohort in IB and the top 10% in the world. Currently, I am in my final years of my Masters of Teaching, awarded with a residential scholarship. I have been teaching at my family's martial arts business since I was in Grade 5, only 11 years old. It was here I found my passion for teaching. During my youth, I earned the rank of Sergeant in the Australian Army Cadets, overseeing company training. Having then earned my academic awards, I began to formally teach English, Mathematics and Science. My experience from recently being in the Victorian Education System and immense tutoring knowledge ensures that all students leave confident and brighter.
Important Note:
Due to my current schedule, I am only able to teach group classes (2 - 6 students) at the moment. If you would prefer 1-1, I have a team of tutors ready to help you.
