About Isaac
Hi! I am Teacher Isaac, The Math-Phobia Therapist. I have invested the past 5+ years teaching Grade school learners, and helping them build confidence in maths. I am also a Microsoft Certified Educator, which means I use the best digital tools and teaching methods to make learning easy and engaging, especially in online classes.
My focus is on breaking down difficult concepts, rebuilding weak foundations, and helping students overcome anxiety around mathematics. I love seeing the moment when something "clicks" for a student, and that's the moment when they go from doubt to confidence. That’s what motivates me!

My teaching is built on one fundamental belief that most difficulties in mathematics are not about intelligence, but about unresolved gaps and fear.
The journey with my learners begin by identifying where understanding broke down, then rebuild from that point with clarity and patience. I use a diagnostic-first approach to uncover learning gaps, misconceptions, and math anxiety triggers.
My sessions with learners are personalised, interactive, and paced to suit the learner, not the clock. I prioritise understanding over memorisation and guide students to explain their thinking confidently, and not just arriving at answers.
