About Sophia
I am an engineering masters student and have a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering with a year of experience working professionally as a Chemical Engineer. I have been tutoring mathematics and physics for over ten years. I have a great deal of experience as a private tutor taking one on one tutor sessions with my students. My students always loved working with me, because not only am I a friendly person but also because I understand the student life myself and how important it is nowadays for the students to be top on their grades. I have had parents reaching out for me for teaching more and more children to teach and they all were left with positive feed backs.

The duties I handled as a Private tutor include the following;
- Handle skill based tutoring in Algebra I and II, Geometry and Trigonometry.
- Develop resources to tutor students to build Math Skills.
- Evaluate students to measure skill progression and determine improvement areas.
- Ensure high attendance through announcements, flyers, article submission and presentations.
- Support students to develop and meet academic goals.
- Help students to prepare for tests.
- Record and report student progress.
- Finish and submit necessary documents.
- Assist Middle and High School students in Calculus, Pre Algebra, Algebra I&II and Geometry.
